Support PPIA, the nation’s leading program dedicated to preparing students from diverse backgrounds and historically underrepresented communities for leadership positions in public service. All PPIA Fellows receive academic preparation to obtain a Master’s degree in public and international affairs; they receive paid internships to work in government, nonprofits and public policy related jobs; and they receive tuition awards to attend graduate school. In short, PPIA Fellows are among the most highly trained, credentialed and reputable cadre of young adults from historically underrepresented communities committed to careers that serve the public interest. After 25 years of programming, the need for PPIA has never been greater. Diversity is no longer a politically correct function, it is an organizational imperative. Diverse organizations are more responsive, adaptable, innovative and more personally invested in the issues they seek to overcome. Our diminished standing in the international community also necessitates a commitment to diverse and culturally competent professionals.

Monthly Giving Program:
Your contribution in the Monthly Giving Program is set up as a renewing 12 month “subscription” through PayPal, a secure online site which provides convenience and security for your monthly donations. All members of monthly givers will receive a special PPIA gift. Multiple gifts will be delivered in successive months, for example: at $50/month your lapel is delivered in month 1, mug in month 2, apparel item in month 3.
