Cohort Captain Portal

Step into the role of Cohort Captain and be the spark that brings your classmates together to share, give, and champion PPIA’s future. Before anything else, start by understanding PPIA’s strategy and where we’re headed  as it’s the foundation for your role as a Cohort Captain.

Become a PPIA Cohort Captain

No matter your current role location, you can lead from where you are.

What Is A Cohort Captain?

A Cohort Captain reconnects their Junior Summer Institute classmates, spreads awareness, and encourages support for PPIA and the Opportunity Campaign.

Anyone can be one.

Why It Matters

You know your class. That connection makes you the best person to rally support whether it’s sharing a story, donating, or getting others involved.

What Captains Do

Captains reconnect your cohort, encourage stories and donations, share PPIA with your networks and keep the spirit of your JSI class alive.  You’re not alone as co-captains are welcome!

How Do I Sign-Up?

Fill out the Alumni Directory (step 1 below) and check the box to become a Captain. After, follow steps 2 - 4. We'll follow up with support and answer questions you may have.

Start with these four steps
