Our Executive Leadership Committee brings together the Board of Directors,  Executive Director and At-Large Board and Committee Members, whose guidance, expertise, and vision shape the strategic direction of our organization.

The PPIA Executive Committee of the Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and oversight to advance PPIA’s mission of preparing future public service leaders. Led by Chair Leigh Morris Sloane and fellow director Dr. Sophal Ear, the Board brings deep expertise in international affairs, policy, and higher education to help steer PPIA’s growth and impact.


Executive Director

As Executive Director, Josh Diosomito leads PPIA’s strategy, programs, and partnerships to advance the organization’s mission. He oversees daily operations, builds relationships with universities and employers, and champions initiatives that expand opportunities for students pursuing public service careers.
