Outreach Messages

How Institutions Will Be Contacted

Institutions will receive one of three tailored emails from Josh based on their current relationship with PPIA

Message Types

Each institution will receive a message aligned to its membership status:

  • Renewal
    Most immediate revenue opportunities
These schools paid their Consortium membership in 2025
  • Re-engagement
Warm relationships that can be reactivated
These schools have paid in the past or previously engaged with PPIA, including former Junior Summer Institutes.

  • Conversion

These schools are listed as part of the Consortium but have never paid membership dues
