At the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) Social Equity Leadership Conference (SELC) at Rutgers University-Newark, PPIA convened a roundtable discussion on expanding pathways into public service and strengthening leadership pipelines.

A conversation with Roger Hartley, President-Elect of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), explored opportunities for collaboration between two organizations committed to strengthening public service. The discussion focused on expanding and strengthening pathways into public service for emerging leaders and led to an invitation for PPIA to participate in future ASPA committee discussions.
